Monthly Auto Debit Payment - Please stop in the office to set up for Monthly Auto Debit right from your bank account. (No transaction fees for this service).

One-time ACH (Automatic Check Withdrawal) - This link will allow you to make a single payment with a one-time ACH directly out of your checking account. Please allow 5 business days for processing to avoid late fees. (After September 30, 2011 there will be a 3% fee added)

Credit Card Payments - This link will allow you to make a single payment with your credit card. (A 3% service fee is added)

Maintenance Request - Click here to request a maintenance technician to fix a non emergency problem in your apartment or common area. If you have an emergency during office hours please call the leasing office at 217-344-7717 promptly, after hours call the emergency phone number at 217-344-7717. After hours your calls will be routed through a 24 hour answering service who will have a maintenance technician will call you back shortly.
